	CS A.K. Bandyopadhyay a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, has more than 31 years of rich industrial experience in diverse fields of Accounts, Internal Audits, Taxation and Company Law. After his retirement as Company Secretary from a well known Public Sector Undertaking, he has been practicing as Company Secretary for about ten years, mainly in the areas of Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Corporate Laws.He is also one of the empanelled Arbitrators of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited and United Stock Exchange of India Limited at their respective Regional Arbitration Centre (RAC) at Kolkata. CS P.K. Sarawagi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a life member of the Association of Corporate Advisers & Executives. Before launching his own Corporate Consultancy Firm, he has served various Organisations, both in Private Sector as well as Public Sector, in industries like Paper, Telecommunication, Industrial Automation, Tea etc. He has more than 28 years of post qualification experience in the areas of Taxation, Secretarial, Accounts, Audit and Finance. He is also one of the empanelled Arbitrators of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited and United Stock Exchange of India Limited at their respective Regional Arbitration Centre (RAC) at Kolkata.
